With profound understanding of ISO9001 and JB/T4127 & GB/T14211---China Mechanical Seal Industrial Standards, all engineers & technicians are following the system to design & develop new products, execute quality management and improve & innovate solutions as per customers’ seek.
Ⅰ、Engineers in Service
　NEO boasts of a strong team of product R&D engineers and technicians, who’re working on new products development, manufacture craftsmanship management, test design & execution, measure & analysis and equipment maintenance, among them, 3 engineers are senior background and chief engineer is a bearing expert with more than 10 years career. More importantly, our engineers attend periodically technology & technique seminar organized by China Mechanical Seal Industry Association to enlighten themselves, and our younger engineers also receive professional knowledge and design training so as to develop desired innovative ability.
Ⅱ、CAD Design
Ginfine utilizes AutoCAD, SolidWorks to conduct product design and thus can optimize mechanical seal design and shorten new product development cycle.
Ⅲ、Quality Management System
　Ginfine has attained accreditation of ISO9001 quality management system . Since 2005, Ginfine has introduced and implemented 6S & ERP management to make sure that work quality ensures products quality.
